According to @EvanWeb3, Walrus Protocol has introduced MemWal, a novel memory layer designed for agents that combines persistence, shareability across systems, and simplified infrastructure. Unlike traditional solutions using Redis for caching, S3 for storage, and vector DBs for retrieval, MemWal offers a single, verifiable memory platform that addresses fragmentation. Currently available on Devnet, MemWal aims to enhance agent performance by providing efficient and cohesive memory management.
